The 50 Percent is a flagship youth-led programme of The Fifth Element, (which serves as the base for the BRIDGES Club of Rome Impact Hub), situated within its Intergenerational Leadership workstream.

The initiative is dedicated to driving systemic transformation by empowering youth leaders and encouraging collaborative, multi-generational action and solidarity.
