UNESCO-MOST BRIDGES are pleased to share news of a new post-doc position in Portugal with an explicit connection to the BRIDGES Coalition, working to build new capacities.
Call for applications for a post-doc fellowship grant with the reference BPD-ITM-UID072/2025.
“The contractor's functions consist of the investigation and structuring of a global network of geoethical territories, anchored in UNESCO's BRIDGES programme and aligned with the SDGs, focused on geoethical management, built from the existing networks of the Centre for Geosciences. The expected result is a protocol for the implementation of BRIDGES territories based on geomorphological and humanistic criteria, quality assessment parameters and implementation guidelines, which can support in an academically coherent way the network of territories that subscribe to this orientation.”
Specific qualification requirements for admission: Qualification with a PhD degree in one of the following areas: Humanities; Geosciences.
