Two-day conference, co-organised by The Club of Rome, the Fifth Element and Soka Gakkai (SG) "It's Time for a Human Revolution! Sparking Action through Inner Transformation and Mutual Learning."

“As we commemorate the 40th anniversary of Before It Is Too Late and the 45th anniversary of No Limits to Learning, this conference will explore the critical need for a "human revolution" to bridge the gap between knowledge and action. We aim to highlight how inner transformation, as envisioned by Club of Rome founder Aurelio Peccei and SGI president Daisaku Ikeda, can drive positive change for individual, social, and environmental challenges.

The conference will bring together diverse participants, including academics, professionals, youth activists, students, educators, and representatives from NGOs and international organisations. Together, we will focus on fostering inner transformation and mutual learning to address the complex and interconnected global challenges humanity faces today.

The event will culminate in a live-streamed public session on the morning of Day Two, contributing to ongoing SG and Club of Rome collaborations.”

Dr Luci Attala, Deputy Executive Director, UNESCO-MOST BRIDGES Coalition, will be representing BRIDGES at this two-day conference, and attending as a Member of the Globethics Pool of Experts, as an Expert on Ethics of Sustainability and Environmental Justice.

Dr Attala will be speaking on the Panel Discussion reflecting on the significance and impact of ‘Before it is too late’ and ‘No limits to learning’.
