UNESCO-MOST BRIDGES is a humanities-driven transdisciplinary sustainability science coalition focused on solving the social problems highlighted by the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
BRIDGES promotes transformative collaborations across academic domains of the arts, humanities, social sciences and natural sciences through regional hubs, often anchored in universities around the world, that work in partnership with diverse communities.
UNESCO-MOST BRIDGES is a prioritised international humanities-driven sustainability science coalition incorporated within UNESCO’s Management of Social Transformations programme. Humanities-driven sustainability science is a novel transdisciplinary method that integrates conventionally undervalued knowledge systems into established approaches to deliver innovative solutions to the most pressing social and environmental challenges tackled by the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 2015).
